Innovative Custom Homes is a Nevada home builder focused on the Pahrump Valley and Nye County. We build single-story custom homes on one-acre lots — designed for desert Southwest living, priced from the $400Ks to the low-to-mid $500s, and delivered start to finish with modern finishes included as standard.

We work with GB Construction NV, our licensed general contractor partner, along with a trusted network of local subcontractors who know Pahrump and have completed work on our builds before. Whether you own land or need a lot, we manage the entire process — from site prep and permitting through construction and certificate of occupancy.

What We Build

Every ICH home is single-story, open concept, and built on a full one-acre lot with no HOA. Our floor plans include 3-car garages, covered patios, split bedroom layouts, quartz countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and stainless steel appliances — all standard, not upgrades.

We offer two ways to build. If you already own land in the Pahrump Valley, we build on your lot. If you need a lot, we acquire and develop one-acre parcels and build spec homes ready for occupancy. Either way, we're your builder from first call to keys.

Our Commitment

We tell you what things cost, how long they take, and what to expect — before you sign anything. Our builds run 6 to 10 months from signed contract to certificate of occupancy, and we keep you updated throughout. No surprises, no runarounds. Just a well-built home delivered as promised.
